The Toastmaster's role is to insure that you are free to enjoy your special day.

The toastmaster will:

• Meet with you to discuss your specific requirements
• Offer advice and guidance upon etiquette & protocol
• Provide coaching for making effective speeches
• Liaise with caterers and photographers on the day
• Greet guests to the reception
• Organise and announce the presentation line Assist with the presentation of gifts
• Announce the speeches
• Organise the cutting of the cake
• Announce & escort the retirement of the couple from the reception

It is imperative that the Toastmaster remains as the "supporting act" and works with his client to achieve the desired aims and objectives.
